Our GIM team is recruiting for a 5th member in our group.
We value game activity, good personality, and team effort more than game knowledge/experience so it's perfect for people who might not have hit endgame on a main but want to play fresh GIM long-term.
Details about our group (complete transparency)
- The group is still fairly new. About 2-3 months since our team started playing. Though some of us are pumpers and up in the 1700s-1800s.
- Two of our members are very active. One member is quite active. Our 4th member won't be as active for a while because of a recent family emergency as well as upcoming holiday work schedule. However he's a great guy and really wants to play so we're giving him some time to sort that out.
- Our ex-5th member we had to remove unfortunately due to severe lack of activity, motivation, and lack of communication. Given how long-term our group plans to be, it was better to find a replacement now.
- We are extremely helpful both in terms of getting members up to speed and helping them with raid content. We can help alleviate the biggest pain-points of early IM such as energy/stams, quest items, glory ammy, teleports, etc.
- While we are generous with our excess resources, we have a rule where everyone must participate in a form of content and go dry before doing handouts. This does a fantastic job in keeping the team motivated with doing content. (i.e. if you go 400+ runs dry on enh weapon in CG, the team will help farm until someone gets it.)
I want to emphasize again, we want a long-term team player with a good personality who is able to dedicate at least 10+ hours a week to playing (exceptions for vacations or emergencies). Game experience is irrelevant so long as you're nice to be around and motivated to play. 🙂
