When achieving 99 theiving there isnt much advantages other than less chances of getting caught when pickpocketing, there should be a sneak factor to be able to sneak past the black knights in the black knight castle or vyrewatch sentinals, or sneaking past npc's like bloat at theatre of blood during certain situations where sneak factor could be added. If varlamore 2 area had house theiving available there should be more sneaking involved like if you were going through the fishing docks in kourend and playing the minigame there. Less chances of getting caught is available on every other level up. Let 99 thieving have more perks

It's already one of the better capes due to the strength of it's perk. Also sneaking past a boss is just a flat out no.

The pickpocket chance increase is actually a big deal and incredible perk. There is a good reason to keep on pickpocketing past 99, especially in irons (Blood shards, teleport crystals).
