Even before I got a shadow it was extremely rare to actually hit DPS check just using blowpipe on shadows in my 475 solos. And I didn't have an issue with it in my 500 either

#

Butterflying is also by no means required even up to like a 500 ToA, it just makes you use less supplies

  1. If maintaining a perfect butterfly is hard, you should practice. If you’re doing high invo raids, this is a non -issue. If akkha switches and you don’t know how to address that, shows lack of skill in that room and again you should lower invo and practice. That being said, doing runs with both double trouble/ keepback shouldn’t affect anything but the time.

  2. You somehow pitched the most boring idea on top of calling red-X boring (which it is). Learn the 5:1 red x if needed but in most cases, you don’t even need to do this.

  3. You’re pitching for a -1 slot, which I guess is ok if you have nothing else to bring. However there’s usually always something better to bring and kephri is easy as is. Bone dagger change is a good qol for solos.

  4. Unless you’re doing 540s, meta is still to range zebak. Changing the def cap to be reduced further would have to be a blanket thing for the entire raid. You can still use bone dagger at zebak in solos. Acid pools and waves are fine if you have eyesight

  5. Everything about wardens just makes it easier for no reason. If you’re good at Toa, you bring in more gear regardless. Skull skip also exists which people do.

  6. Overly draining is fine to run if doing high invo raids. Allows you to also run ultor/magus

Akkha is fine as is, if you're going to make a pitch for that, it could be an invo. If you are doing 540s, then bf should not be an issue. If you don't have a shadow, unfortunately, you shouldn't bf in the first place.
The blue keris thing seems mainly to be for irons, which is ok. Mains otherwise usually have a fang due to the price.

If you're going to mention making the raid "more fun and popular" then you'd see how your idea of putting fang/lb in normal and gatekeeping shadow for 400+ is very much the complete opposite of this goal. They should have done something like this from the start so uniques could hold value but alas they didn't and don't plan too.

That's great you like toa. I think it's an ok raid at best as it had so much more potential with the invocation system, which if updated would be interesting. Some qol you mentioned could be invos that have some negative or positive effect over just being pure qol

Regarding the blue keris, this is not about or for irons. A buff to the blue keris inside ToA would make the Kephri encounter a lot more fun, it's simply to make the encounter more fun.

#

confused on how this would work

#

if the goal is consistency why would having 1 less restore be more consistent and how would that make the encounter more fun

This post sounds like a non-expert doer coping ngl.

On the runs akkha doesn't change, it's very hard to mess up a consistent pattern, which is why it quite literally is skill based. Whether I do it in a team or solo, if akkha doesn't change, that's amazing. The fact that it can change was addressed by Jagex as it was too op. So no this wouldn't change. Consistently develops with good practice. If you're in a solo, dps checks can happen but thankfully we can skip over the special if it comes to it.

I'm with Lily in that how would adding another weapon make it fun? Losing a restore would be less qol. If you're talking about speeding up the room, ig? But where does the fun factor lie in this.

I agree with the shadow being in a higher invo, but again it's NOT happening as per Jagex.

Overly draining is an invocation you can simply click off. Pick another for the same value. Spec weapons are great and it's why od is a last invo you choose along with more ovl, and paths (maybe qp)

The point still stands, this QoL post is still cope.

I guess but it's niche tbh
Funnily enough, Jaded has contributed a lot to the toa community as that is what he mainly pots

I mean, be willing to learn, and don't stay complacent. Essentially, get good.

#

You can make the raid easier, sure. But are those people gonna take the time to learn if they aren't gonna do it now?

#

Also doesn't help we have terrible guide makers making guides for toa

#

Thing is it's pretty consistent as is currently. I'm down for qol but it should be through the invocation system if anything. Dumbing down the already very doable raid, isn't going to make people climb further as a majority of players value comfort over improvement

#

If you have stay vigilant off it isn't random btw. Also with stay vigilant on, Jagex addressed why

#

It was simply too op due to the bf method

#

Tob is my favorite raid by far as well
