Edit: Apparently already exists; right click buy X

For the GE a button that divides your current gold amount by the chosen price for the item and sets that to the quality to buy.

if you put in buy-x and go over your cap, it corrects to your cap.

Ok yes it is in the rick click for buy X. Though there is not gating like Crypid described.
