Make the new spider 96 or 97 Slayer, and add the imbued heart to the normal drop table for it and the little version of it.
The fact that the imbued heart is so ridiculously rare and completely unobtainable outside getting RNG on top of RNG (having to roll a superior and then having to roll a specific drop from that superior) is stupid. Please give us a less RNG dependant option for trying to grind it.

Also, if we are tying this to the night at the theater storyline, it would make sense, thematically, to add blood shards to it's drop table.
Those are another frustrating drop to farm. The thieving drop rate is atrocious, since you fail so often, and the PVM drop is obnoxious with four people in like every world currently. That's another drop that needs to be added to some other drop tables.
I'm not super stuck on them being added here, although I'm not opposed... I'd be just as happy to see them added to Nightmare or TOB, instead.

That's understandable. I am not loving the idea of another spider boss either, but other than that, I'm generally not opposed to it. Nothing overly exciting, and nothing I'm overly opposed to either lol

96-97 seems too high, that's a huge jump in the amount of grinding slayer just to fight a boss. I do agree there should be a better way to get a heart than praying for superiors though

If the non-boss versions of the slayer monster get a superior as well, moving the slayer level higher would make it even better for imbued heart hunting, which is currently far too rare.

I can see that. But since the other rewards from it, other than the amulet, are all pretty meh, I'd much rather have it a higher level and add another Slayer element, personally.
Overall, the reactions I've been seeing to the amulet have been pretty mixed, so I wouldn't be surprised if that gets nixed... 🤷♀️

yeah it kind of sucks for both irons and mains right now. for almost any other item, if it gets very expensive people will start grinding the boss that drops it more so the price stabilizes. for heart this isn't really the case because i don't think the price of heart really influences how much people do slayer
and the price of heart is just gonna keep going up because there's more shadows entering the game than imbued hearts, clearly

Imo the amulet shouldnt drop directly as a better torture. It should provide an upgradeable item to be combined with the torture. Just lower the crafting lvl of the torture by 2, and make this item's craft lvl the same as torture used to be. Done.
