Alright I went and did research since you failed to provide literally any information about what the items you proposed actually do. Typically when making a suggestion, you don't assume people know exactly what you have in mind. Hopefully now you can see that I don't actually just disagree with your idea solely because I hate you or something like that but actually just think we don't need that stuff especially in F2P, period.
1.) Revenants were put into RS2 because of the changes they made to free trade/wilderness, and it doesn't make sense to have them as just loot pinatas in F2P in OSRS. F2P does not, and should not, have revs as an actual good moneymaker because then it would just be bot-infested like members' revs, but far worse because the accounts don't even need membership.
2.) The bow sight is just an "imbue scroll" for a maple bow, apparently. This is a similar request to your "I also wouldn't mind the granite 2h" with zero amplifying information. Where would it come from? Does it convert into risk value like MSB (i) or Ornate maul handle? What stat changes would it actually have? Why is this desirable in the first place? F2P pking is not something that will be revived by adding a bit of accuracy or maxhits to F2P gear, and even if it were, it would fall into obscurity because gear for F2P is by design essentially worthless, and if you artificially increase your risk you're just risk fighting, so why bother doing that in F2P.
3.) Your posts repeatedly make the assumption that what you are suggesting is a foregone conclusion and that anyone is dumb if they refuse to agree with you. This is first indicated by your message stating "I also wouldn't mind" a granite 2h without providing any actual information about the item, balancing, etc., but simply assuming that everyone is going to bend over backwards to accommodate your whims. You then go on to personally attack people for shortcomings in information you failed to provide as the one making a suggestion.
Tl;dr I disagree with your suggestion, your suggestion lacks sufficient amplifying information and reasoning as to why it should be desirable, and you lost me completely when you started verbally attacking people instead of making actual arguments
