Personal thoughts:
-I like the torture being a cooler fury. Torture orn kit one of the ugliest items in OSRS.
-Neck slot is already practically the most significant slot behind your weapon, I don’t think it needs more offensive buffs
-Defense could be a good upgrade

Personally I think demons should drop the imbued heart at a rare rate, and/or a magic special attack weapon. Currently there are pitifully few, and they are only either a megarare rev weapon upgraded or a megarare nightmare drop

Agreed! Defense would be a valid upgrade! Maybe addition +1 or +2 Prayer or something would be nice as well

I would make the counterargument “the lack of defense is a tradeoff for the offense!” but we moved well past that with Torva and Masori already, and it would, after all, be an additional upgrade

Personally I think a defense upgrade as their only unique would be underwhelming to say the least though, so they should probably have something else on the drop table

If the polls are anything to go by (thats a big IF) it was sorta split on wether or not to move D Claws to the Torm Demons table as well as a new unique but it seemed it weighed on the side to move DClaws to their table, so perhaps that would suffice if it was just a defense/prayer unique.

31 January 2024 DoV and other rewards blog is where I found they said “We won’t be removing claws for CoX and will instead add a new reward to Tormented Demons”
