I think having limited (or impossible for some people) to obtain items like that is something they've intentionally chosen to avoid doing (outside of leagues trophies)

it's impossible as in unless you made an account 20 years ago (or 10 years ago if its just old school, you'll always be stuck playing catch up and wont be able to ever get the latest veteran cape

A seasonal rank for dmm which at the end of the season players that are in the top 1% (or whatever value you want to do for this) receive a item that will never be given out again. This item would have to cosmetic but it could be reclor kits for a item to show they were in the top %

^i think these items are good cuz its open to everyone and they can achieve it with effort/skill. also big fan of dragon trophy 100% should be cosmetic only though
