Raking a farming plot should have a small chance to give a seed for the respective plot type.
Raking herb patches should have a small chance to give low level herb seeds.
Allotment -> allotment seeds for your levels
Etc.

I don't think this type of change would affect the economy particularly much, since it's likely not an efficient activity
However @granite pecan , who is your intended audience / type of player for this? And why is this good for that player?
