Well most people prefer the fashion of the original anglers outfit, so maybe it could get something like the prospecter outfit did with the gold cosmetic

I assume you mean to be able to freely switch between the too, thats a pretty good idea

You can switch between the styles for free once you unlocked a piece. Just gotta talk to the guy that does the recolor to Spirit Angler to do this.

It is. There's no reason to change between them other than aesthetics. But Jagex went ahead and provided the option to do so anyway. 👍
