I'm in but instead of seeds, maybe it should be a "clue clump" and it's just a clump of dirt with the clue inside. I'm having a hard time visualizing what a clue seed would look like or how a clue can fit in a seed unless it's a seed as big as your hands

might be a stretch but you could potentially do the same for traditional firemaking where you get fragments of clues from the ashes

Or if the scrolls are fireproof, they could just appear on the ground where the ashes appear. 🤔
