also its very impractical to camp inside, because it just slows u hopping worlds
on a pure u pretty much take more dmg from the npcs in exit caves than from the bosses
with a coordinated team u could have few people flushing pvmers from the boss caves, have 1mage at every exit and most ppl around south exit 30line and the north-east exit near singles
no1 will get away
if some1 exits middle or nw, ppl got enough time to easily catch up from the other exits
