No shortcuts. Some (all?) of the floors have multiple possible paths, but both paths on each floor are the same speed.

The biggest “shortcut” is skipping looting the early floor chests to give yourself more time to clear the lower floors.

I don't think you would want DPS for specs, but rather you would calculate the quantity of damage per instance.

Either way, it would have to be manual after finding out the average damage from the calculator since you would need to account for spec multipliers and how they work otherwise.
