Ring first IMO. Since it prevents damage. Going to be very helpful to not take the chip damage as you're learning the deeper floors. You can easily just spam the coffins on Floor 1 and 2 to get the marks. Those floors are very forgiving.

3-4 prayer pots, 5 staminas, a couple of summer pies for food and agil boost and the rest being space for quest. You can just drop items, do the crystal and pick it back up again if you're out of slots. Realistically the only annoying agil part is the handholds that drop you into shadows and you gotta loop back to the stairs.

If you need to bank, you can get back to west ardougne pretty quick with a tab or PN
