you then get 20 of these per armor kill

you go up to top floor then over here (same building)

and enter that door

costs 10 tokens to enter and 10 tokens per minute you are inside

then just kill the cyclopses until you drop a defender then pickup the defender leave the room and reenter it

and you do that until rune defender

Generally completing Recipe for Disaster for Barrows gloves is the first milestone

Besides doing quests towards recipe for disaster it looks like you have stats for Perilous Moons/Moons of Peril

which will give you decent prayer + gp/hr

barrows is of course another option

i'd say just load up recipe in your quest helper and see where you need to improve your stats, and just do that one by one. If you need gp look into moons of peril

piety is a big help at moons as well

after recipe for disaster I think alot of people either go for Song of the Elves or Desert Treasure 2 for higher level content. Kingdom Divided is also decent for Yama

The only thing you might want to look into starting first is tree runs for farming. You will want 70 atleast and the best xp is planting trees once per day

some would also reccomend birdhouses (for hunter) but those are hourly and personally i just skipped it and did conventional training

but if hourly effiency is your thing

Like, is it worth me knowing ahead of time which quests might have particularly difficult combat, or obscure enough puzzles that literally aren't worth trying to do blind?
Or is there a good resource (like a blog post or reddit thread or smth) that provides gentle hints for blind gameplay? (I've been noting down things of my own on my website so hopefully I can provide a version of such a resource.)

99 construction is nice, however, I would probably just get to like 84 construction because at that point (with boosts) you can have a max house and then use the gp for gear

Well without going into a big spheel you have some items that could be sold, and then buy equivalent items for less gp and free up some more to fund more skills

If you havent done mahogany homes for the plank sack or amys saw those are nice qol things
The outfit gives an xp boost too
But the earlier you can get 99 cons, the better cus the cape is an infinite poh teleport and also teleports to other poh portals (great for clues)
If it costs you 100m to 99 it, and you compare that to money spent on house tabs, you'd start saving money after like 200k house teleports
Might sound like a lot but if you use the house as a primary method of teleporting around everywhere it won't take long for it to be worth it imo

For example, i've farmed 27k+ herb patches alone
Add in teleports to tree patches and other special patches
I've made air orbs infrequently lately
I've done a fair bit of runecrafting at the ourania / zmi altar using the house to rejuv hp and run and tele back
I've fished up tens of thousands of karambwans and used the cape to teleport quicker than the fairy ring
I've chopped a lot of rosewood using the cape as the method to bank and then return via nexus
It can be your emergency teleport for nearly every boss, and for a boss like corporeal beast, will save a lot of money on house tabs quickly when specing down its stats
If you do get 99 you could host for a bit to get the money back as well if you're a good host and have a good layout. When i was hosting regularly i was getting a bond a night on average

But end of the day it's up to you

i am very stressed about fight caves so i am gonna get 99 ranged, 99 magic , 99 prayer and 99 def while having a toxic blowpipe with masori( if i can afford it by the time i end the stat grinds) if not then just blessed chaps. how long will it take me to do this grind?

You could probably comfortably tackle it with 75 ranged 70 def and decent mid game gear like barrows/karils top and legs and veracs helm
If you're planning on killing dragons for bones it may take a while... and doing magic with orbs will also take a while...
