For certqin mobs yes but some are never aggressive until attacked and some are always aggressive despite your level possibly until a 10 minute aggression timer gets reached within the aggression area, and some will be aggressive as long as you're there if not wearing certain outfit like elite black knights or vyrewatch sentinels

Most if not all Wildy mobs are always aggressive AFAIK. Vyrewatch Sentinels should be unaggressive if you're wearing Vyre noble clothing. At least if you wear it before going near them.

There are no fun ways of making gp on f2p, but you can make a start by doing something while you alch, maybe buying team capes from the traders and selling in the GE and while you run back and forth you can alch

Bonding as a new player turns the game into work so it's not advised. The only time bonding is advisable is when yhou're endgame and made a siginificant amount of money.

That said, if you're just buying a single bond to try members and plan on paying another way, then by all means, do it.

Do dragonstone bolts (e), when the effect activates, have the damage to players reduced with protect from range active? Is the pre-spec damage roll what's reduced and it still adds 20 or 22 or whatever to the hit, or is even the extra damage from the dragonfire proc reduced?

The bolt has a max hit based on range level, lets say it's a 40, if your bolt procs thats increased by 20% of your ranged level so an extra 22 if you're potted to 112 ranged. The remainder of damage can just be assued as dragonfire damage

ergo, if you bolt max hit would be 55, then dragonfire hit a 15 for a max hit of 70

a lot of that damage just comes from the extra bolt damage though tbh

if you are doing it at 30 smithing it will be iron + steel, make sure to buy platebodies instead of pure bars only. You can smelt a plate body down into 4 bars at the foundry. Boosts your gp per hr

So i grew myself 3 ironwoods on fossil island to do wcing training from 80+ to 90. They just immediately deplete after 1 log. Did I do something wrong?

Those things just suck to kill. I used crossbow last time, maybe magic isn't half bad idk

there is basically no reason to cut the trees as a main. Even the magic tree roots are only 4000 gold each, x4. which may sound like a decent bit but the magic tree costs 140k to plant roughly

herbs are your best bet for money making, and snape grass
