It'd either be from the accounts being banned or being muted, yes. The two toggles for those are in the Settings menu, "Ignore List - Remove permanently banned accounts daily" and "Ignore List - Remove permanently muted accounts daily".
If you've turned off both of those options but it's still happening, right-click the 'Report' button in the game to find the bug report form where you can let the testers know about it directly - maybe mentioning one or two names that got removed, to help with checking, if you can remember any.

Regarding DoM and delve loot.

I play both OSRS and RS3 but I'm more knowledgeable in RS3 and I know that with bosses that can be fought multiple times in a row in RS3. Arch-Glacor, Telos, Zamorak. AKA streaking, their loot is set by a seed generated after your very first kill. I was wondering if Doom used the same seed system? Where after your first kill on Doom the loot you get is set.

Which means if we could reverse engineer that, we could determine which runs were worth keeping or not

SMS can be intercepted without user knowledge or involvement simply by having a third party knowing your phone number

Emails can also be intercepted and its pretty weak as an authentication method

Hey! I would like to ask about monster pathing. Here are my observations on the screen: cave horrors can pass by rock on the right but are unable to pass rock on the left. Is it general behavior of all monsters?

In OSRS, Monster pathing is always about their south-west tile, priotising moving east or west.

so the way the monster paths depends on a few things, including the type of obstacle that's blocking the mob

some obstacles are full blocking, some aren't

Can you scrape together any more? If you sell Ahrim & Twinflame that's about 10m, plus your 2.5-3m makes 12.5-13m. Dragon Hunter Wand is 15m, and that with Occult & Mystic or even Xercian would be a big upgrade.
Otherwise, get your MA1+2 stuff done for the imbued god cape. Malediction Ward is also another 2% mage damage for 2m, but IDK if that's a max hit for you.

Edit- yeah if you're not praying offensively, it's a max hit for either MA2 cape or Malediction. MA2 is better to get.
Switching to wave spells is like a 30% DPS boost, so do that...
DHW with Mystics is a similar DPS boost as blast -> wave spells

Yes, but also strength speeds up XP more than attack.
The way I did it at those levels is train Strength until the first level it gives a max hit on accurate style after the breakpoint I need for attack (40, 55, 60, 65), then train attack until it's 1-2 levels lower than strength

Metal dragons can be a waste of time unless you maybe are an iron
Brimhaven dungeon dragons drop noted bars (which is cool for collecting steel bars for cannonballs) but you need a certain dairy tier to get that
Mithril dragons are somewhat worth doing especially if you can get them to drop noted bats on task
Adamant dragons are kinda aids, they use lifesteal and poison splashes almost like a lizardman shaman, and the most comfortable way to kill them is honestly bleeding money using blood barrage.
Rune dragons are decent money but they nearly require insulated boots... a dragonhunter lance and defender (if using super antifire) or dfs if regular antifire, voidwaker good for spec, and veng to reflect some damage back is how i usually kill them. Tasks profitable and good for elite clues

Yeah in that order, most hard mobs you can safespot so you take no dmg or you dont gotta kill em so just eat a bunch and run past.

The OQG is to reduce the amount of skilling you gotta do between quests. If you want you can just ignore it and play your own way though.

You don't gotta do the optimal quest guide. Instead, you can go for the quests that give good rewards

Optimal quest guide will have you doing tons of garbage quests early just to save some skilling experience
