they need to add servers everywhere so everyone can have <100 ping, nostun levi orbs and sol enrage pools require sametick reactions which become physically impossible after like 200 ping since they dont even visually show what you need to react to until partially into the tick

From what I've seen is that when I had swapped things from AWS to Azure for example, I had already spun up like 99% of the stuff on Azure before shutting my AWS instance down and then just unregistered the domain from aws and on to Azure
That being said I have no idea how game hosting goes, so there might be extra steps

Rent the space, most facilities will do the bare minimum to keep your servers online, but your staff/company will be required to do any hardware repairs/upgrades, some companies like OVH will (with your permission and a heft fee) move your colocation racks around, add storage/basic diagnostics, everything else is bundled into the spacing price
