there is plenty of easy pact points...
COX - either do normal solos or find some randoms for CMs.. youll get eventually cox 25 kc and ancestrial piece
Bellator - just farm the boss, should be a hard one in leagues..
Infenro - just do it, not a problem in leagues..
oathplate can be tedios to get a full set but it just takes time.
Doom - depends on pacts, you eithere have to do a bit more mechanis than some but I belive you'll make it to at least lvl 8 completion. On the threads - do enough doom lvl 4 or lvl 6+ and youll get it eventually. More higher levels have better chance..

there are many ways to do it, and mage is not something that is a must have. Instead of mage you supposedly have eternal sustenance so ... no excuses here.

doom, cox - i did on range, no mage at all. (Cox - hosted bigger lobbies/parties).
inderno was done partially with mage but mostly still on range.

yeah, you do have resets, do those activities that are favouring current build and reset pacts for other build and activities.

it does not mean you have to be stuck with bad or one specific build.

I used a praypen build for doom demonics and yama

Then 1 respec on afking inferno/caves for 15/10kc

And a general raid build that had light melee so i could do soloraids, vard, slayerbosses or whatever else

it should be possible to almost afk it indeed.. stepping stones is only place where attention is needed. With good pact choice it is possible to even survive the planet mash or what ever it is (although it has high risk of getting stacked out still, i've been close to it a few times but no deaths yet)

demonbane damage only for that charge and it doesnt even fully stop. The only reason they added +10% demonbane on echo amoxliatl weapon. That is the hardest charge to figure out without looking guide

killing grubs right next to boss or under boss deals 100 damage to his shield bar and only demonbane weapon can reset charge progress

redwood iirc doesnt work right with endless harvest and the cut chance is so low that it wouldn't be worth it anyways
