It's really not that complicated. Moss lizard, the clearly superior food for multiple reasons: divide cooking level by 3, so if you're at say 75, you get 25. Separately take your hunter level, and halve it. If you have 55 hunter, that gets you 25.5 which rounds down to 25, therefore moss lizards heal 25

Movement is very tricky on mobile so I think I have a good understanding of all specs (don't look at my history of eclipse moon shield phase I literally cannot help myself there please send me someone who can help me)

But mainly just timing movement is really easy once you get the hang of it, and eats happen before you click to move or on specs
