If you're hotfooted I think zalc gives good bar drops, or you could search the wiki for what gives bar drops from pvm, worst case scenario it's gonna be mining/superheat

Mass zalc without hot foot is crazy tight timing tho, would not recommend

hotfoot could just mine iron for smithing xp, without hotfoot best would be small group zalcano with other players who dont have it. at 78+ can sing crystal weapons, enhanced crystal teleport seed or crystal armour for fastest xp/h in the game
