Varorvis drops 3 dose super combat pretty frequently. You can use them on empty vials to make one dose to get your 100 pots

Like sins of the father final fight I had shit rng and ran out of food 2 times and had to telly.
Then on attempt 3 my rng/accuracy went beast mode and I had 8 left over food.
And jagex locked so many combat achievements behind rng/accuracy
