I will say that there is a very clear bump in the pact path

like pretty early on it's likely that you'll hit a hurdle where none of your available pact tasks are particularly easy with the gear and pacts you already have, and you'll either have to tough it out for a few pacts or wait til your next region

one of the best uses for transmute is to get other resources like trading sticks by passivley getting uncut gems, making them into red topaz and selling them cut to tai bwo wannai to get red machete or the village clothing set and another good example is to compress seeds at master farmers, compress them into the lowest form since you get more low teir seeds and you can keep getting seeds, by thieving, bank them and then transmute them up

Sacrificing the Water Regen effect allows that build to get the last +30 Max HP Pact or the prayer/hp regen thorn effect that is otherwise unreachable.

And I'm thinking, the most that happens with the water regen node is that you heal 1 HP every 2 ticks with a small 15% chance to heal 2 HP... I don't think this would play massively in the total regen of using water stuff anyway

I remember reading that this only counts as "Regenerating one instance of rune cast" at 100% Regen, 2x Regen at 200% and that it wasn't counting "Per Total Runes Spent Per Cast" but more like "Did you regen"

I've been King's Barrage since the beginning so I haven't experienced water stuff much.
