Hello, can I grab some advice please? I want to try and beat doom on level 8, I've just got my shadowflame quadrant, am I better off sticking to mage gear (I've only got ahrims really that's good I've been using) or do I wear my justiciar armour for tank and use the double water mage attack (Yes I went thorns) to heal and let thorns do the damage as I Have 140% attack accuracy across the board currently

Making a bit of a guess here: I think the reason why Iron is typically faster is because with the low respawn rate, you get a constant flow of XP.

Compared to Runite, where there's significant downtime once a rock has been mined.

So with BG, I think you want to find enough rocks of a high level that you can do a loop with minimal downtime.
