You're roughly 2.5x dry just based on the 5x base Leagues Multiplier and if you had only mined Iron rocks exclusively to 65 (and less dry if you've done anything to reduce the amount of times you've mined a rock at all).. Unlucky, but not unreasonably so..

RC the only "solve" that isn't relic related or traditional is by fighting a bunch of Sulphur Naguas and getting the sulphurous essence and turning them in. It's slow and will take forever, but....there ya go
