The way i do it is by fight duration.

If it takes 100 strikes, is the point investment worth vs one that takes 50 strikes.

Seeing echo pop twice in a fight length around 50 hits isnt that great vs encountering more procs in the long run, for

3 pts.

But taking the healing node, its a free pt along the way

This logic works better for certain types of conditions
