impossible to say, could go dry. I've done like 50 or 60 and gotten the drop 2x, but it's supposed to be way less rare I thought. If you farmed it for an hour you'd probably at least get 1 drop assuming sub 2 min kills

protip, the perfect streak doesn't reset when you take damage, it resets when you leave the arena. so don't leave the arena. I did an 11 kill trip without leaving and only 5 were "perfect"
