with all the prayers on, no flicking, at high prayer gear, you're looking at 15 prayer points per minute, or 1 every 4 seconds. Its pretty easy to sustain that. Even using augury instead of myriad prayers you're draining only ~30/min, which is 1/2seconds, which is still less than air surging gives you back
