I'm picking Morytania for Noxious Halberd and Kourend + ToB and CoX, and Asgarnia for the echo dagger and GWD swords + Torva Armor. Got friends who're also doing at least Morytania so we can all ToB together. Regardless of what you pick. You should totally have at least one Raid.

you dont need all the raids also thats a lot of content and will be hard to progress/ get pacts probably but its not impossible

Since you can get all mega rares from any raid, Desert might not be that great for ranged builds. Instead go Tirannwn and get crystal armor + blessing for your TBow
