Do many clans encounter exceeding 500 members or at that point are you just putting tighter restrictions on activity, alts, requirements?

Once you get to 500 it’s time to restrict alts and clear out in active users.

Odds are there are members taking up a spot in the clan and they haven’t logged in for months.

Yeah, with the new activity tracking we're probably just going to do a sweep of inactivity soon

It's surprisingly easy to hit the limit without restrictions though

You probably already have this down but one thing that also helps is being consistent with onboarding all new recruits into your clans discord as they join, makes it easier down the line for your “swept up” inactive members to find you after they inevitably come back from a break months (or years lol) down the line and start playing again 🤣

It will list members, staff vote for people they have seen on and if a clanmate has no vote then they will get kicked

The camp is wonderful! It's for teens who are visually impaired. Today we did a job fair thing with them and it was so cool seeing all the accessible careers. And thank you, unfortunately it's not looking too good, but grateful we get to spend some time with her still.

That’s great! I love those events!!! That reminds me of an App I have on my phone called “Be My Eyes” - When a visually impaired person needs assistance, they will dial with the app and it will connect them to a volunteer (such as myself) that can help them out with whatever they need help with. For example, I helped an elderly woman identify a soup flavor amongst other soup flavors. I also helped a man with his laptop. He wasn’t sure why his computer wasn’t booting up properly. (it had blue screened) so I helped him with that too.

And yes, my Grandma has been in and out of the hospital so I fully understand. I’m also grateful to see her often. Still sorry to hear that though 😔
