I teach mathematics to children and teenagers (8 to 14 years old). And I teach fluid mechanics in an engineering course - I'm an aeronautical engineer.
However, soon I intend to just stay with the little ones, as that is what satisfies me. Basically I'm spending a lot of time out of the room lately, working on projects with them, like music (guitar and piano), conflict commissions, listening a lot to them and their feelings. And also helping with the board. It's a Brazilian public school, we have a lot of political and economic issues that affect them a lot in general, so this approach with them is quite important

The clog clan I’m associated with has a large collection log spreadsheet that the members fill out and when the members request a certain rank they have to submit proof via in game screenshots and they view their spreadsheet to verify

I looked up collectionlog.net and saw they were open source, so was thinking if it was possible to run a python script to pull user data based on members listed in a group/clan from wiseoldman.net or similar. Then get a bot to update a leaderboard on discord. I was hoping the tech was already made, but I don't think there is an lazy way to apply this to my situation as you mentioned.

If I may , merging typically doesn’t end well and is very rarely a good idea.

It's highly unlikely the big name PvP clans will let you in if you're only intention of joining is DMM. (Assuming you’re looking to join a clan that will remain competitive in DMM) They usually require a referral as well in-case of spies
