Can’t think of a pure clan that is mainly PvM based. Some may PvM on the side but they prioritize PvP. Pures are a PvP build so it’s highly likely most pure clans will expect you to partake in pk trips/wars

The livestream will begin at approximately 16:30 BST, beginning with a playthrough of the event and ending with our in-game Pride march.

You have to "expel" the member first
If you open up the members section, there's a drop down area on the top, select the expel one and then the option to expel members shows up
They turn into a guest once expelled, then you can kick them
