1. Rehydrate 1-3 Morita Chillis and Blitz them up. Add them into a narrow but high Cup / vessel that barely fits an immersion / Stick blender.
2. Add 1 whole egg.
3. Add 200ml neutral Oil (example: Sunflowerseed Oil)
4. Add 1 teaspoon dijon mustard.
5. Add 1-2 teaspoon(s) lemonjuice
6. Add a teaspoon Honey
7. Add 1 teaspoon each Salt & pepper.
8. Place an immersion Blender (turned off) into it. Make sure its all the way at the bottom.
9. Turn the Stickblender on and very very slowly pull it upwards.
10. There you go. Perfect Chipotle/Southwest sauce.

Found a place to rent to put table !!!! Won’t have to wait outside anymore with the van door open to feed people. I will have 28 place to sit and I will be able to feed not only homeless now but even people either low budget like elder and like people that don’t work. Also found donator for fresh veggies and fruits and for other product reducing the cost by a lot. So I’ll be able to feed people all summer while I take a break from working in the great north 😄 that’s HUGE !!!!!

With the cost of everything (rent and meet included) I should be able to put a complete meal (soup, salade, plate and desert, juice/coffee) at a price as low as 4$ for people with low budget making it viable to feed homeless for free. Won’t make profit out of it but I ain’t there for profit, just to help people so I am really happy !!!!

Anyways, you can learn to make fejioda and throw in basically any meat and it'll taste good and since black beans are a pulse they're pretty cheap to get ahold of

Ahah I am thinking about stopping my work in the great north and start my own restaurant. It would be nice to have my own restaurant open from 11:30-13:30 for homeless and people in need with a complete meal and then from 17:00-23;00 have the restaurant working as a normal one.

Currently working in great North and taking each year 2-3 month off to make food for homeless was delivering with a Van but just got myself a nice place today will have 28 place to sit and got donator so I’ll be able to make food at 4$ complete meal for people in need at the same time.

That make me so happy because I’ve been there, living in the street with nothing to eat for days and it is the most painful thing for me now to see people starving

I would definitely say to take your time and consider it; I was in front of house management for a decade before starting in the kitchen and its much more difficult than you think to operate a restaurant -- Do you have any training in food health and safety for example, do you have a first aid certification ect ect.

Also I would recommend registering as a charity because it will probably offer some legal protections in terms of public liability and definitely do a course on food hygiene and allergens because keeping a van foodsafe is a lot easier than keeping a professional kitchen foodsafe

Not to dissuade you with negativity here, its just a cutthroat business where the advantage lays heavily in already established businesses with new places struggling to enter the market without finding its own niche.

Its nice to be your own boss but you have to think about the restaurant 24/7 too. Its not something I would start now if I was planning to start a family in the next few years
