Not a fan of burnt garlic, thats why I dont use a cast iron. It burns everything and cleaning is a pain.

ill be honest after my first time I seasoned the cast iron it was a nightmare. I cleaned it up and was rusted in minuites lol. After going through the trouble of oiling the thing each time i just stopped using it.

So my understanding is if food didn’t get stuck to the pan no need to wash and reseason it a bit
In that case just wipe it clean with a paper towel and it’ll be ready for next time
it should still be rinsed out and stuff. i love cast iron cooking for some stuff, but taking care of a pan is a lot of work.
if you wash a cast iron pan, you must never use a steel scrubby, (using the fibre ones are ok), and never use any soaps.
when done with a pan and its clean, should always use a little oil right after you wipe it dry from wash, and put a piece of paper towel on the oiled areas so the towel holds a little oil and keeps it from drying out.
once a pan starts rusting its never going to cook the same, and soaps/aggressive scrubbies will damage the finish. you want a perfectly clean finish to keep it non stick.

Cast irons need to be used frequently and seasoned frequently or they will turn sticky, cast irons are good for heat retainment since theyre so heavy, they take in and give out heat slowly. Which is kinda bad for steaks since you wanna sear them
Just use ceramic.
If you arent an avid cast iron enjoyer then it isnt for you

It’s a really mild but unique flavor. Like the sweet center part of a kiwi but more juicy. Best way I can describe is that it tastes how the air smells before it rains 😅

Texture is a cross between a pear and a kiwi tho. It’s crisp and solid like a pear but still has a little bit of a grain/meaty texture you can kinda see

Wagyu Picanna with fat cap trimmed off pre-cook. Salt and pepper. Sear 10 min on very hot grill and finish in 350 degree oven for 18-20 min. I put butter after grill and before oven to melt a layer on top. Delicious.

I don't know if it affects the taste or baking in any way but if you cut them hot they're tacky and so you get the cuts you did, but if you cut them cold the knife glides through better and comes out without tearing them
Or if you just don't cut it at all, it's one brownie and perfectly acceptable to eat in one sitting

Several people wanted the recipe, so here ya go:
• Press jumbo cinnamon rolls into a muffin tin and make sure there’s a “bowl”.
• Add apple pie filling.
• Top with oat crumble: pulse 1/4 cup oats, a sprinkle of cinnamon, a pinch of salt, 1/2 cup flour, 1/2 cup brown sugar, and half a stick of cold cubed butter in a blender/food processor until it resembles clumpy sand.
• Bake at 400°F/205°C for 15 mins.
• Top with icing drizzle while they’re warm.
• Let them cool before you take them out of the pan.

im sure there are lots of stuff online, but finding solid factual is a little hard, and nutrition is different for everyone as some food reacts to some systems differently.
having a balance of meat and veggies is probably the best thing you can do tho, simply just looking at food groups and grabbing a bit of each.
Knife skills shouldnt be too hard to find but practicing them will take a bit.

I highly recommend Brian Lagerstrom and Ethan Chlebowski for finding things you like, then seeing how theyre prepared so you understand the purpose of each ingredient, then as you explore more and more with your texture and taste preference, you will accidently learn a ton about the general knife skills and preparation skills.
Those two youtubers have done a huge number on my cooking prowess to the pint where I made 2 of my own recipes that are now requested by my friends and family so often that ive grown tired of making them lol
They biggest thing about learning to cook is to be proud of what you cook and youll always enjoy it. If you enjoy making other people happy, youre going to be so good at it!

Yes basicly thats it. Hard to get good flavour. Used cheese cloth for pressing juices. Agar agar gives least extra taste. Neutral oil needs to be real frozen cold.

could help with not melting so quickly

the highschool i was at had special needs departments etc. was about a thousand people there with the trades section included in a small town

What's in it?
Beets, celeriac, carrots, cabbage (fried), potato, parsnip, corn purée, onion, garlic, leek, bell pepper, cream and of course veggie broth. Spiced with some allspice and black pepper
Was thinking maybe marinate the veggies the day before next time I cook and also add some bay leaf and horseradish
