The brush in question has the same settings of the downloadable version, for the shape of the cursor itself go to csp->preferences->cursor to change it

Many use the same brush with unaltered settings and it has the same effect we see in videos and streams

again, my Pencil R is unaltered so there is no need for screenshots.
either you're looking at a different tool or you are expecting the brush to be a perfect circle, which it isn't. As sera said you can change the shape if you prefer : ) I personally didnt do it.
