what kind of tablet did you get? If the pen has an internal battery it could be dying/dead. if it's a Wacom/Huion type tablet those are usually powered inductively from the tablet surface, so it must be some other issue

Maybe try reinstalling tablet drivers? every so often a windows update makes mine not work, so I have to reinstall. Also- sometimes I have to turn "use Windows Ink" on and off in the Wacom menu to get the pen to behave correctly. From what I read the two don't work great together

I did reinstall them too, I forgot to mention, but i did not try the 'use windoes Ink' option, I'll check it our right now!!

It's left clicking all the time, like I'm not realising it at all

here is that other setting in the "pen and ink" menu I had to change Press and Hold to "Nothing" otherwise if the cursor stayed in place too long it would click
what art program are you using?
I also have to restart photoshop sometimes after messing with tablet settings 
so many workarounds
and if it's not registering at all maybe just double check that tablet is mapped to the correct screen

I restarted it multiple times, but I'll do it again and check this!

It might be something with the new wacom driver update maybe, I got it somewhere around these days but didn't realize up until a few hours before

- Swap USB ports for the tablet and restart the computer
- Maybe update Medibang?
- try to downgrade the Wacom driver by one version
- try a new pen unfortunately

I totally feel like it will start working again randomly. That happened to my intuos all the time.... I switched to Huion now which has all it's own unique problems 
but def restart your machine and try switching USB to a diff port

It's definitely sometbing with the stylus, if this doesn't work ill have to try it the hard way and start hitting it against the desk until it decides to work
