Thats not much information to go on, may want a bit more detail. However, I will take a wild guess, check that your objects have normals facing outward, if they're flipped inward, the backface culling will make it invisible. Or.. if your import is failing, could be something wrong with the file & is getting rejected.

This usually means the object is not loaded (yet). Could be internet slowdown, or, more likely, a cache bug. Try clearing your cache, and pulling it our into the scene again. If not, drop me that file and I'll check on my end.
But if it imported, it should be visible.

everything is fine with the import and the file itself, I had this reaction not only on the file that I imported into Sansar recently, but also on another file that I had opened until now.
today I decided to download the spinner to the world of Sansar and waited a long time for it to start showing up. however it doesn't want to boot. so I decided to drag other objects to the scene to test and the effect was the same.
I installed Sansar about a week ago by downloading the latest version from the official website.
when I logged in the second time, everything worked 😅
