*Lupravia is a cursed land; a chill place of snow-capped mountains, brooding forests and mist-shrouded moors, haunted by the spirits of the restless dead. Peasants struggle daily with survival, living in constant fear of attacks from ravenous wild beasts. Only the foolhardy or insane would willingly pass beyond its borders and enter that benighted realm of predators.
But enter you must. As a strange green mist descends from the mountainous valley and into the Burach Empire below, ensnaring travellers and entire villages alike, the Bishop has called for aid. Following in the footsteps of a previous expedition, you must delve into the mist shrouded lands of Lupravia, pierce its veil, and confront this sinister foe that threatens the Empire.*
Grimhollow is a gothic horror dark fantasy setting, with heavy themes of corruption. I don't shy away from this, and I use a subsystem for dnd that reworks combat, including an injury system, new combat actions, and a swifter and more deadly style of combat that feels more believable and characters more mortal.
I am looking for players that can seize the initiative, are self driven, and that can work well in a team. I'm looking for players who value the "4 Cs" (Cooperation, Coordination, Communication and Comprehension). My table can deal with some darker topics, and character death (and fates worse than death) is very much on the table.
