Description:
*🫁🫀 Eve of Leeches is a campaign taking place in the continent of Etmortis, within a game I've made and have been working on for years called The Flesh Awakens. It's mechanics will be delightfully familiar with many, but the rules themselves are light enough for those with no tabletop experience to enjoy. However the game focuses on Horror both psychological and biological, so be advised of the following content warnings: Parasitism, Body Horror, Malnourishment, Mental Illness, Bugs, Gore, Other Scary Things, Etc.
🫁 Embark on a spiritual journey inspired by dark dark souls and bloodborne, a grimdark medieval Renaissance-era slaughterhouse of insanity and religious decadence. You play as a Saint, a finger on the hand of one of many uncaring lovecraftian gods, enacting its will within the southernmost forest of Verlich, also known as the "Sea of Churches" for it's enveloping history. For whatever reason you come, you and your party are transfixed on a horrifying mystery surrounding a rash of parasitic infections and rising deceased. The flickering hamlet of Lamphurst is surrounded in desperation and menace, and the only way to make it out and stop the spreading is through culling the fields of corruption. You may unwittingly fall into a game of chess that cannot be seen with the mortal eye, as you become a pawn of some entity's grand design. Will you attempt to win, and are you willing to cheat if it may cost you everything? We will find out and i will be waiting. 🪱*
