No offense but pathfinder is nowhere near as simple as 5e

Nah! If one gets the basics of 5e, they'll pick up 2e with no problem! Just a little more freedom in how you play!
I love to see 2e campaigns being hosted! I wish such luck finding a good group!

I would love to join! I don't mind the rp focus of the campaign!✨

Pathfinder2e is easier to pick up and understand than d&d5e, it has well thought out rules that you can often guess correctly, while DnD you have to guess how each GM has decided to plug the holes in the basic system rules with homebrew rulings. On top of this the tags and traits system makes understanding how rules interact a breeze, unlike d&d5e in which most of the rule interactions rely on one man's twitter account for clarifications.
You are thinking of pathfinder first edition, which can be compared to d&d3e not 5e

Still gonna disagree

Its harder to pick up then 5e and you aren't gonna change my mind

You can disagree but its absolutely not and I'm not trying to change your mind, I'm just correcting misinformation.

Ive ran DnD5e since DnD next. I now run Pathfinder2e because it is a smoother system, its also laid out better, it's easier to run as a GM and understand as a player, and the system doesnt have all the rules blackholes that DnD5e does, meaning you don't have to check multiple homebrew rules every time you join a group and DMs don't have to invent half the rules for the game. On top of that, if your group chooses to, in pathfinder you can fall back on skill checks for things and 90% of the time you will already be doing what the rules say you should, this is unlike DnD who's base system is so unbalanced any form of complex action has a ridiculous mini game attached to it that has no baring in the rest of the ruleset and is often entirely arbitrary. Pathfinder may be more dense but it's also simpler... Counting to a million in 100000s is easier than counting to a thousand in digit sequence.

Interested in the campaign, though I would like to know more lore beforehand (a link to the wiki would be nice)
