Description: This is an advertisement for a campaign that has been running for around 3 months now. However the party still hasn't even done the first hours worth of content due to accidentally derailing the campaign so you wouldn't be too far behind. We are looking for players able to fit into a fantasy setting with heavy amounts of homebrew. THIS is a Play by Post campaign meaning text only, in the future a VC may be set up to allow for music to be played to set a scene but that is only a maybe. With that all out of the way, on to the plot!
THE WORLD CANVAS is a setting unlike many others, there are dozens of potential plot lines for the players to follow with years worth of content all planned; here is the story so far: 70,000 years ago, an ancient sorcerer was slain by the combined efforts of every living thing in existence but with her dying breath she uttered one final spell... at the time of the next crystal moon she would reawaken in the forest, ready to bring about the armageddon she promised the planet when she was alive. Now with a world at war, unable to unite against her evil machinations... she has arrived at the temples where the latest generation of chosen ones were raised to kill her. Upon slaughtering the other temples, she arrived at the temple of Nixu, recruited the party to serve her as elite enforcers and members of her family and sent them off to kill the last survivor who could put a stop to her plans. Now the party stands in the dungeon. Face to face with an illithid from an unknown order, desperately trying to bargain for their lives!

It's called having stuff to do. You are not my top priority when I have animals to care for and a deadline to reach. We can skip the interview though because if you seriously can't wait 30 minutes before whining about it in a public forum you aren't a good fit for a play by post campaign

its called communicating. im fine with not being a player in your game because if u seriously cant type the words 'hey i need to go do some stuff i will respond later' before going to do said stuff you arent nearly communicative enough to be a good fit as a dm for any kind of campaign

It’s a little harsh to say someone wouldn’t be a good dm simply because you think they should have said “hey I need to go do some stuff” when simply you could’ve waited as timezones tend to be a problem and you never know what a person might be doing/ going through. Also it is quite rude to accuse someone of ghosting when they do not reply after a few minutes. People are busy outside of dnd, being patient is all part of the process and so is respecting people and their personal lives.
