Character Starting Level: 3
Character Starting Gold: whatever you get from your background.

Character Starting Equipment: Standard & possibly a Uncommon magic item depending on backstory.

Synopsis:
In the world of Hexxalon. What was once a world teeming with dragons they are now in hiding due to a new ruling made by the world powers that disallows them from existing without notice. your characters will become thrust into a world of danger and intrigue when they become Dragonriders.
