The solar terraces above the city have great canals flanked on either side by roads and buildings. Trees line the roads and flowers stand by every door. The buildings themselves are tightly packed, side to side, with windows only pointing into the street or down to the city below. The only way in and out are through large arches that break up the claustrophobic packing. The buildings are made of mostly bamboo with a fired clay exterior. Unlike the white lower city, the buildings here are in vibrant colors, mostly reds and yellows with the occasional peach or blue touch.

Ok. Here's my character description @noble summit :

Kairanith Drinshad is a Gem Dragonborn, Aberrant Mind Sorcerer who is starting his second year at Strixhaven University. In his first year at Strixhaven, he was a Draconic Sorcerer, but during the summer break between year 1 and 2, his powers appeared to change. He is around 6'0 and is pretty skinny, not resembling the might of a dragon. He has purple skin and scales, with gold veins running through him. He also has golden fingernails and gold eyes, though the golden energy in him seems to be more dull than usual. Compared to last year, he seems weaker physically, more frail and more similar to a traditional sorcerer. However, his eyes appear to be heterochromatic, with each iris having a purple tint to their otherwise golden hue. He carries himself with an air of confidence and wears traditional student robes with the hood up; he is an orphan, so he has nothing else to really wear. Lastly, he has long, black hair that seems to run down to his shoulders.
