There isn’t really a defined recipe for this, but it’s an easy recipe you can make any way you like.

2lbs of ground turkey or ground beef, whichever you prefer, and add paprika, garlic salt, cumin, black pepper, and a little salt if you need it.

I personally toss a pinch of cinnamon in there as well for aroma
