Grilled and Fried are the best ways to make it, make sure if you're grilling, searing, or baking that you use plenty of oil and seasoning as a lit of it will burn off

Brine it beforehand so its juicier, i like doing a custom brine with ice water, smoked paprika, mustard powder, salt and pepper,& a little lemon zest and juice

Let it sit in the brine 20m-1h

You can do a cold brine in the fridge or brine it in the open for 20-30m

Dry brine i never use because it gets too dry after cooking and youd need to use WAYY more oil causing it to be way unhealthier

And yes like the person before said if it's pink then cook it more

I gotta rant about Popeyes. Popeyes scammed me. I have not been scammed by food in a while. I got a Number 1: Chicken Sandwich, Small fry, Biscuit, Small drink for 10$. I received a chicken sandwich (5$), small fries (which were luke warm, and those fake overcrispyfied fries),
