It’s actually Italian seasoning on the salmon, followed a recipe for it lol it was pretty good tho. The potatoes did have the rosemary tho. The potatoes were baked

Sliced them thin (not too insanely thin ofc), get your seasoning mixture ready (olive oil, rosemary, salt), place the cut potatoes on a baking pan, pour the seasoning mix over the potatoes and mix them all together, then lay them all flat next to each other. Baked at 425 F for like 15 mins?(or until golden brown to your liking) Take it out and flip them to the other side and put back into oven for another 13 mins
