Not to mention that I think Bakugo's quirk (sweating explosive liquid) would actively work against him because he'd be fighting a character that could ignite his sweat before he could. Using his grenade-style gauntlets would give him a buff no doubt, but overall I think Reze would have more of an edge on him. I'm not sure where you have the idea that Bakugo has more explosive power compared to Reze (though I would like to see your source for that info), but Reze turns her leg into a missile.

Even then one of her first moves in the movie showcasing her power is that she snaps her fingers and sends out an explosive.. ball? Particle? I'm genuinely not sure what it's supposed to be, but it travels quite far which gives her a range advantage as well. That's not including where she pops her head off and throws it like a bomb either, following up with her headless body then sprinting into a building and exploding.
