The age old question. There is no correct answer to it, but i can think of a couple that would be easy to get into.

Demon slayer is pretty good for a beginner anime, but its nothing special.

One Punch Man is incredible, its easy for beginners and a breath of fresh air for people who have never watched it.

If i could only recommend one anime to a beginner, it would probably be My Hero Academia, it has every thing an anime should have, good fights, good animation, god tier OST, so yeah i would say My Hero Academia is the best choice for beginners, but just stay away from the fandom.
