I mean there's those incredibly lame (fan service) parts later into the series tho.... (Oda moment)
Some people vouch for the manga simply because its better paced than the anime somehow at some parts (0.5 chapters an episode during the semi-latest arc 😔)
But usually anime is good until you think it's unruly (which happens somewhere in like episode 600+ or something)
