Cool fact:
Despite the dislike of ai, it actually makes a pretty good game master.
It is pretty good at its job making unique encounters and keeping the story intriguing, and it actually is fun to see your character blast through foes and stuff
The way I played was it will give me several options, each with its own DC, and I will roll to see which ones are available for me to choose. It's a fun back and forth I haven't had in a good while, so it's worth a shot

Also I did ask for DCs to be shown so the game would be smoother and it wouldn't have me succeed every time

• play third person, it just feels better. Ik, might sound lame, but it will seriously help
• while spears/stabbing types are cool, learn an enemies weakness through Peeping. In this case, Orb Weavers are weak to Spicy(mid to late game element) and Slashing
• practice parrying/perfect blocking on weaker enemies and work your way up to faster hitting enemies; this allows you to get a free stun on the opponent and negates damage/shield hp (if this maxes out at all, you get stunned for a short period

Nobody asked for this: I found a possible glitch in Slime Rancher
So when you unlock a different location of the map, like the Mossbed, all of the plorts of the unlocked slimes will be highlighted on the plort-markets screen
But in the first location you can feed that Tabby-gorgo on the semi-secret passage for a teleporter to the Dry Reef Island. There you can get Puddle slimes. The Puddle plort is not highlighted from the start but when you sell one it get's highlighted.
I don't think the developers intendet you would go to the DR Island before unlocking any other biome (I would send an image but I don't have the perm yet)

It might be something where the grapple just doesn’t know what it hit or where to put you so the game tries to launch you in that direction but there’s just so many directions the grapple is in at once that it just throws you against the mesh insanely hard and that’s prolly why it exploded

since your grapple it out of bounds, the game prob doesn't know how to calculate that so it just multiplies your velocity like wild

Ya well from what I’ve read online, it was ready to be replaced for early access last year and was even almost ready to release according to the original ceo(s) of Unknown Worlds, as well as that the ceo of Krafton straight up asked chat gpt if there was a way to get out of having to pay the unknown world’s employees their bonuses, and when gpt said there was nano way around it they delayed the game so that they wouldn’t meet their sales goal and get the 100 mil bonuses they were promised (this was a promise not made by the original ceo(s) but by the Unknown Worlds company as a whole) and when the ceos asked for 70 mill for themselves and 50 mill for the employees of Unknown Worlds (as in 70 mill to buy UW and 50 mill would go to the companies employees) one of the two ceos for Krafton said “wouldn’t it be easier just to take them over?” As in go behind the scenes and then take over the company, then after they did take over the company they kicked the original 3 CEO’s out, the guys who literally founded Unknown Worlds. So over all Krafton is crappy, they have ruined many good games by buying their parent company and then pulling an EA and pumping micro transactions into it or forcing on AI instead because they are an “AI first” company

I hope they win because if they win they could save the game, because rn there is no release day for the game, yet one of the 3 original CEO’s said in his “goodbye” post on the company’s page (he was “fired” a few months ago, it was back in 2025) said that the game should be releasing in early access soon, well it’s 2026 and it seems Krafton don’t want to release the game

My guess would be that they are trying to build as much hype as possible and then release the game at like 100$, sell the multiplayer function for about 20$ and add “DLC” for more creatures, structures to build, vehicles, biomes, materials, etc. for 30$ each. Why? Because if they can’t pump it full of micro transactions then they can split the game up and make you pay multiple fees to get the full game, mainly the multiplayer aspect because that’s a big, BIG selling point of the game

With the new Terraria update (1.4.5), I found an extremely broken but effective way to progress stupidly fast without even killing the Wall of Flesh or most hardmode bosses (you don't even need a PWN Hammer for this).
Bare minimum gear for this:

• Molten gear
• 30%+ fishing power fishing rod
• A lot of bait.
• Blocks to surround you and the water source to prevent being attacked by most mobs
• A Lucky Clover

Now, begin setting up a new world, but utilize the new Seed Menu for this. Use the preset seed with the pink tree with the blue bow, AKA "Celebration Mk 10", and type in the two secret seeds "too easy" and "i am error".
Celebration Mk 10 boosts odds of better loot with good reforge modifiers.
Too easy generates the world in hardmode.
I am error makes loot and world generation extremely broken.

Fishing for crates with this is truly the method, specifically Titanium, Mythril, etc crates, but the best biomes are Underground Jungle, Aether Biome (shimmer pools, actual OP loot here, but rarest biome even with broken generation), and the cavern layer (Hallowed caverns suggested).
